Doc Johnson, Romantix Hosting James Deen In-Store Signing

Doc Johnson is hosting an in-store signing event featuring James Deen in partnership with Romantix Intimate Boutiques on Oct. 4 at the chain’s Los Angeles location.

The free event is slated for Oct. 4 from 6-9 p.m. at the Romantix Intimate Boutique located at 3147 San Fernando Road. Fans will meet Deen, and be able to purchase products from the James Deen Signature Collection onsite, as well as receive autographs including a signed souvenir glossy.

Phil Varone Sex Toy Launch Party Announced

On May 17, the former drummer of Skid Row and Saigon Kick will launch his new toy line at a gala party held in the Romantix boutique on Melrose Avenue in Hollywood, Calif. The celebration takes place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

“Are you ready to rock?” says an enthusiastic Varone. “We’re gonna have some kicks at Romantix on Melrose. I look forward to seeing everyone there.”

The event is open to the public and admission is free. At his in-store appearance, Varone will sign autographs and offer photo opportunities. In addition to in-store specials and prize give-aways, the first 50 people will receive free goodie bags.

“The Sex, Toys and Rock ‘n Roll Collection is taking the country by storm,” said Susan Colvin, president and CEO of California Exotic Novelties. “This event is our way of officially launching Phil’s line with our good friends at Romantix.”

Nine products are featured in the Sex, Toys and Rock ‘n Roll Collection, all of which are available from Romantix. The signature piece is the Dr. Philgood, a dong available in a vibrating or non-vibrating version. It is the first product of its kind to come with a removable Prince Albert piercing, just like Phil Varone's own.
